The National Institute of Design (NID) has announced the Aptitude Test (DAT) result designed for the Bachelor of Design (BDES) Prelims Examination, 2025. Candidates who have appeared in the exam can check the NID DAT result for BDes Prelims Exam.

This entrance exam is conducted for admission to the following courses and institutions:
NID Bachelor of Design in Ahmedabad (B.DES)
Master of Design in NID Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Bengaluru (M.Des.)
NID Bachelor of Design in Andhra Pradesh (B.DES)
NID Bachelor of Design in Haryana (B.DES)
NID Graduate in Madhya Pradesh (B.DES)
Design Bachelor of Design (B.DES.) In NID Assam.

About Nid Dat Bdes Mains Examination
In a notification released today, NID said that BDes Dat Mains Studio Tests are scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025.
The Studio Test will be conducted at nid ahmedabad, nid bengaluru, nid andhra Pradesh, nid haryana, nid madhya pradesh and nid jorhat.
Candidates shortlisted for DAT Mains will be provided an interface on the official website to choose a test center of their choice between Thursday, April 3 and April 4 at 4 pm on 6 April.
“Candidates will have to log in using their login credentials. The exact time of the studio test and test center will be informed in the admit card.”
It states that the allocation of NID Dat Mains Testing Centers will be on the basis of first-cum-first service.
“Once submitted, the change in the test center will not be adjusted. Candidates who fail to present their test center preference will be automatically allocated by the system based on the number of seats available at the respective test centers.”
