Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) has extended the registration deadline for Junior Engineer (JE) Recruitment Examination 2025 till April 7, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can register by visiting the official website, tpsc.tripura.gov.in. Earlier, the last date to apply was March 21, 2025.
Through this recruitment drive, TPSC aims to aim of 198 vacancies, including 105 posts for Junior Engineer Grade 1 and 93 for Junior Engineer Grade 2. “Under the Persus of Tripura Engineering Services, the department /class is subject to increasing or decreasing the total and category intelligent vacancies based on the need of other departments,” reads the official notice.
“It is for the information of all concerned that the Commission is pleased to increase the online application form for Junior Engineer, Grade-I & Grade-II, RD Department of Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Tripura to Tripura to 07-04-2025 (5.30 hrs),” said in the official notice.
TPSC is 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have a degree of equivalent qualification from civil engineering or a recognized university/institute. While applying for the job, a permanent resident certificate of Tripura (PRTC) will be required. Apart from this, they should also know Bengali or Kokborok.
By March 21, 2025, applicants should be between 18 and 40 years of age. The upper age limit in terms of ST, SC and PH candidates and government servants is relaxed for five years.

step 2: On the homepage, click on the link online application link
step 3: Enter your required credentials and register yourself
step 4: Pay application fee
Step 5: Submit your application and take a printout of it for further reference.
The selection process includes three stages – preliminary examination, main examination and interview round. Preliminary examination only means to work as a screening test aimed at selecting candidates for the main examination. This will include 100 marks. The main examination will have 500 marks and the interview will have 50 marks. Those who clean all the rounds will be selected and will be given a salary of Rs 34,700 per month with other allowances.
