PM Modi in his first post in September 2019, Houston, Texas ‘Howdi, Modi!’ Shared a picture of the rally in which he is seen with Trump. Expressing happiness on this platform, Modi ji said that he is eager to hold and connect with everyone here.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked the US President in the second post. He thanked Trump that he shared a video of the Prime Minister’s three -hour conversation with Podcaster Lex Fridman. Modi said that thank you my friend, President Trump. He told that in this conversation, he spoke on the journey of his life, the cultural attitude of India, global issues and many other subjects.
When did this social media platform start
Truth Social was launched by the US President after being banned on Twitter, which is now named X. Twitter took this step for Trump for his role in the January 2021 rebellion. At the same time, the new owner of X, Elon Musk, restored Trump’s account. However, the President continues to post on Truth Social. Therefore, he has been seen posting less on other platforms.
Not the first time
By the way, this is not the first time that PM Modi is associated with a social media platform as a personal approach in foreign affairs. In the year 2015, he was associated with Weibo, which is the Chinese equivalent of X. There he has posted more than 115 posts in five years. The Prime Minister left this platform after clashes on the border with China in the year 2020.
