Madhavan shared a small excerpt of his interview with Curly Tales on his Twitter profile and wrote about the benefits of intermittent fasting and how it benefited him in his weight loss journey. Madhavan directed the 2022 film – Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, a biopic of Indian rocket scientist Nambi Narayanan. He had gained a lot of weight during that time. However, the actor followed a strict diet routine and lost most of the kilos in a span of 21 days. “Intermittent fasting, chewing food thoroughly 45-60 times (drink your food and water)… Last meal at 6.45pm. Cooked food only – nothing raw after 3pm… Early morning walk and early night deep sleep (no screen time 90 mins before bedtime)… Lots of fluids… Lots of green veggies and food that is easily digestible by your body and is healthy. Nothing processed,” his tweet read.
