90% people make these 4 mistakes while running AC, that is why fire breaks out, there is also a risk of short circuit!

Now that it is summer, everyone wants to sit with the air conditioner on all day. Because of this, people want to keep the AC on all the time. But we should think that it is also a machine and if it is not given rest, it will heat up. This is the mistake most of us are making. By keeping the AC on all the time, it is getting heated up rapidly and due to this, fire is breaking out in it. Filter We think of running the AC continuously, in fact we have been enjoying cool air from it for a month. But most of the people do not pay attention to its filter. If a thick layer of dust accumulates on the AC filter, it takes a lot of effort to work and this causes the AC to overheat. Therefore, it is advisable to keep cleaning the AC filter from time to time.

Cleaning the outdoor unit The outdoor unit of a split AC is placed on the roof or balcony. Therefore, leaves or any garbage can easily enter and stick to it. If the air from the outdoor unit is blocked, it can heat up quickly. Therefore, clean the garbage very gently with a pipe or spray water.

Have more space- You have to ensure that there is at least 2 feet of space around the place where you have placed the outdoor unit so that airflow continues.

Extension rod- It is very important to have a separate circuit for any kind of air conditioner. Therefore, it is advisable to never run the AC by connecting it to an extension board or wire. This can put a load on the circuit, and it can overheat and cause a short circuit or even a fire.
