In the AHSEC Class 12 examination in 2023, 84.96 per cent students passed in the science stream, 79.57 per cent in commerce and 70.12 per cent in the arts stream. Last year, Assam Board Class 12 results were released on June 6.
2.61 lakh people applied in Arts stream, which is more than the previous record. Whereas 46,384 candidates had applied in Science stream and 20,417 candidates had applied in Commerce stream.
Meanwhile, the Assam Board of Secondary Education declared the class 10 result for the year 2024 on April 20. This year, Class 10 results 2024 saw 75.70 percent of the total students passing.
