On April 4, 2024, Manav Rachna embarked on a joyous journey to commemorate the triumphant tenth anniversary of the prestigious Dr. OP Bhalla Foundation as well as its Founder’s Day. While the campus was buzzing with pride and dynamism, one truth remained constant: the values and spirit of our founder were alive and thriving, driven by student centricity, inclusivity, integrity, sustainability and a deep commitment to excellence.
A decade of philanthropic change and great effort in the field of education
The Founder’s Day also celebrated 10 years of Dr. OP Bhalla Foundation, the ISR arm of Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, which has been continuously working towards creating positive impact in education, health, gender equality and sustainability. Through its remarkable efforts, it has enriched the lives of innumerable young students with essential skills, enabling them to pursue ambitious careers that will add depth to the learning experience, promoting a holistic development approach.
INNOSKILL 2024 embraces talent with innovation and cutting-edge technologies
To mark this special day, MREI hosted7th edition of the highly sought after human creation annual tech fest INNOSKILL 2024 Which brought together more than 3000 students from Manav Rachna International Schools and Kunstkapsskolan schools who participated in 39 events of this annual festival. Engineering Drift & Design; Sustanethon; Cooking and Hospitality; social spectrum; Business and Management Puzzle; healthcare secrets; Media and Literary Stompers; And Law Knot were the main components of this mega platform for tech-enthusiasts. It saw a lot of innovations in the form of skill-based competitions, exhibitions and visual workshops. Total Rs. Award of. A prize of Rs 3 lakh was given.
Mister. Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO, NSDC and Managing Director, NSDC (International) participated as the Chief Guest and launched the books titled “Hands-on with Raspberry Pi Pico” and “Getting Started with Machine Learning”. He also unveiled the Coffee Table Book of Dr. OP Bhalla Foundation, which encapsulates the main themes and focus areas of the Foundation, highlighting the impactful initiatives on which it is dedicatedly working.
Dr. OP Bhalla, an eminent visionary, founded the institute with innovation as the cornerstone of its campus ethos. MREI has further taken itself forward with the inauguration of the Raspberry Pi Center of Excellence at the Manav Rachna campus. The center aims to create a dynamic environment for research and innovation by leveraging Raspberry Pi products and cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, AI, ML, Deep Learning and beyond.
The excellent ‘Symbol of Manav Rachna 2024’ made headlines
The celebration did not end here. Manav Rachna hosted a grand felicitation ceremony in honor of its distinguished alumni. Indian actress and producer Ms. Neha Dhupia unveiled the much-awaited alumni book, the excellent ‘Icons of Manav Rachna 2024’. This book is a tribute to the phenomenal alumni who have made revolutionary strides in their respective fields through their extraordinary performance and outstanding talent. Ms. Dhupia was very happy to be a part of this program. He appreciated the dedication and hard work displayed by the team of Manav Rachna for organizing such a remarkable event.
