Why the rent was increased
L&T Metro Hyderabad is appealing to save the metro and the city, citing a cumulative deficit of more than ₹ 6,600 crore and has installed flex banners at metro stations and also conducted a digital campaign at metro stations. Which said that “Our metro is struggling to remain on track, as the operation cost has increased by 160 percent in the last 5 years. L&T MRHL announced a 10 percent discount on revised fares on Tuesday after criticism of criticism of public and opposition parties.
