Xiaomi has launched Redmi Pad SE tablet in India. This pad has been introduced in the ‘Smarter Living Event’. This tab was launched in China in August last year and comes with an 11-inch display, Snapdragon 680 chipset, 8,000mAh battery. In this, users get MIUI 14 custom skin. It has been told that this new tablet will be made available only in Wi-Fi variant because there is no 4G variant.
The price of 4GB/128GB model of Redmi Pad SE has been kept at Rs 12,999, the price of 6GB/128GB model has been kept at Rs 13,999 and the price of 8GB/128GB variant has been kept at Rs 14,999. This tablet comes in graphite gray and lavender purple colors.

The company is offering instant bank discount of Rs 1,000 with ICICI card. There is also a Redmi Pad SE cover which is priced at Rs 1,299. The sale of Redmi Pad SE will start from April 24 on Amazon, Flipkart, Xiaomi website and Xiaomi retail stores.
Features of Redmi Pad SE
Redmi Pad SE features an 11-inch FHD+ display with 1920×1200 pixels resolution, 400nits brightness, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 84.4% screen-to-body ratio, and 90Hz refresh rate. This new tablet is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 mobile platform equipped with Adreno 610 GPU for graphics. The chipset is paired with 4GB/6GB/8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

This tablet works on MIUI 14 custom skin out of the box based on Android 13. We get an 8-megapixel shooter with f/2.3 aperture. There is a 5 megapixel shooter on the front of the phone for video chat.
As connectivity options, the phone includes Wi-Fi 802.11 AC, Bluetooth 5.0 and a USB Type-C. For power, it has an 8,000mAh battery with 10W charging support.
Redmi Buds 5A also launched
Apart from the Redmi Pad SE tablet, the company has also introduced Redmi Buds 5A and other IoT devices in India. Redmi Buds 5A has been launched for Rs 1,499 and its sale will start on April 29 through Mi.com, Xiaomi and Reliance stores. These will be available in black and white colors.
Xiaomi claims that the Redmi Buds 5A can last up to 30 hours on a single charge, including the carrying case. It has quick charge support, 10 minutes of fast charging is claimed to provide 90 minutes of playtime.
