In Udaipur city of Rajasthan, Adi Yogi Group is spreading the message of health as well as environmental protection. This group is making people aware by doing yoga at various places.
Adi Yogi Group is telling people that it is as important to protect the environment as it is to take care of health. Adi Yogi Group is running a campaign. He does yoga sitting among trees and advises the person doing yoga to plant at least one tree in his life and take care of it.
Yoga with trees
The founder of Adiyogi Group is Jaswant Menaria. He told that his group has been running this special campaign for the last few months. All the members of the group do various yoga asanas sitting with or under trees. They also make people around them aware of this. Yoga and environment are complete only by being in front of each other. These people are also taking yoga classes by going to different places in Udaipur city. They are telling people how yoga can be done with trees.
Yoga on tree branches
Interestingly, the members of the Adiyogi group are also doing many yoga postures like Shirshasana, Surya Namaskar, Anulom Vilom on the branches and under the trees. Muskan Jain, a yoga student, said that every tree in the environment is seen doing yoga in a different posture. These days the heat is very intense. The main reason for this is the deforestation. We should plant trees in the same number as the trees are being cut. So that the environment can be kept healthy.
