Lifestyle plays an important role in triggering the development of cervical cancer. Diet and Nutrition:
Emphasizing eating foods rich in fruits and vegetables can reduce the onset of cervical cancer. Antioxidant-rich foods such as vitamin E, vitamin C, and beta-carotene cells can serve your purpose in safety. However, if a person’s diet is deficient in meat, red meat and those vitamins, then cervical cancer is more likely.
Smoking:
People are more prone to develop cervical cancer if they smoke. Smoking women develop cervical mucus, and toxic residues from smoking can damage the genes of cervical cells. In the context of smoking women, there is a possibility of doubling cervical cancer compared to women that do not smoke.

Sexual and reproductive behavior:
In terms of cervical cancer risk factors, initial sexual activity and being many sexual partners are important. These factors increase the possibility of obtaining human papilloma virus (HPV), which is the primary factor for cervical cancer. In addition, women who consume oral contraceptives for long, especially, for five or more years, shows a high chance with the above factors. There is a relationship between the risk of obesity and development of cervical cancer. alcohol consumption:
Excessive alcohol intake can weaken the immune system, spoil the body’s ability to fight HPV infections, which possibly increases the risk of cervical cancer.
physical activity:
Regular physical activity is associated with low risk of cervical cancer. Exercise helps maintain a healthy weight, reduce inflammation and improve immune function.
Environment and Professional Risk:

Prevention strategies to follow:
HPV vaccination: HPV vaccines are currently available to girls and boys and are recommended as they prevent high -risk strains of HPVs that are responsible for most cases of cervical cancer.
Regular screening: PAP smear and HPV tests are important for detecting initial changes in cervical cells that can develop in cancer. The screening allows for initial treatment, significantly improves the results.
