The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was the top beneficiary of electoral donations in the financial year 2023-24. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s party announced 2243.947 crore with 8,358 donations.

Meanwhile, Congress got total Donation of 190.3 crore from corporate/commercial sectors and 90.899 crore through 1,882 individual donors during FY 2023-24.
According to the report, but 2064.5 crore, BJP “received more than nine times the total amount of corporate donation declared by all other national parties for FY 2023-24”.

The ADR report also released the top 10 donors for national political parties. they are:
