Dharmendra said, “It has been a beautiful journey together. We have done many films together and have given many hits. We are considered one of the most loved on-screen couples. Our chemistry is incredible and we complement each other so well. I have always enjoyed working with her. She is the most beautiful woman I know. She is a very caring woman. I respect her a lot.”
‘I am very romantic’
When asked about his ‘He-Man’ image due to his various action films and ‘how romantic’ he is in real life, the veteran actor said, “I am very romantic. I romance life. There is a misconception that He-Man is always strong and cannot be romantic. When a He-Man romances, no one can do it better than him.”

Hema Malini and Dharmendra married in 1980 and have two daughters, Esha and Ahana Deol. Hema is Dharmendra’s second wife, the veteran actor was previously married to Prakash Kaur. He has two sons from his first marriage, actors Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.
