Wbjee results 2025 out: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board on Friday announced the webjee result 2025 after the Supreme Court’s order.
The results stayed by the Supreme Court on an order of the Calcutta High Court on Friday, which directed the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) to scrap its current merit list.
Wbjee result 2025 Graduate in state-conducted and state-assisted universities were announced today for admission to engineering, technology, architecture and pharmacy courses.
Although the examination was held on 27 April, the results saw an unusual delay this year, as the legal quarrel led to the protests in political circles. A bench of Chief Justice Bra Gobind Singh passed the order after challenging the HC order following a Petition of the Government of West Bengal.
“WBJEE results have been published,” the board chairman Sonali Chakraborty Banerjee told PTI.
He said that once the legal issue on publication was resolved, the board declared the results in the interest of the students.
