A woman judge was threatened and misused by a convict and her lawyer during the hearing of a check bounce case in Delhi Court. After her conviction in the case, the female judge began to stop the abuses to not give a decision in her favor – surprised the attendees. The man also tried to bounce an object in the female judge.
According to a report by the Bar and Bench, the man threatened the woman judge and said, “Tu hai kya cheez …………. ki tu bahar mil dekhte hai kaise zinda ghar jaati hai (Who thinks you are … meet me out of me and see how you make it alive) “
Judicial Magistrate (Nee Act) Shivangi Mangla was also pressurized to resign and acquit the accused on his decision.

“A court notice is issued to the lawyer for the accused Sh. Atul Kumar, which today provides relevant clarification for the conduct shown by him and further to explain why he will not be sent to the Honorable High Court to initiate criminal contempt proceedings against him for such misconduct.”
