Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) on Monday released a new notification to fill 563 vacancies of Group-1. Applications for the posts will start on February 23 and end on March 14. Candidates have to fill the form through the official website, tspsc.gov.in.
TSPSC will probably conduct the prelims in the month of May or June, while the main exam will be conducted between September or October. The government revoked the notification issued by the previous BRS-led government. Earlier, BRS government had announced 503 vacancies.
However, the Group-1 Prelims exam was canceled twice on the grounds of paper leak and failure to follow the rules and regulations. Dr. Naveen Nicholas, Secretary, TSPSC, said that the Commission discussed various problems related to the previous notification. “After considering all the aspects and keeping in view the public interest, the Commission has decided to cancel the notification,” the secretary said.
Candidates who have previously applied for Group-1 vacancies based on the notification issued by the previous government will have to apply again to appear in the examinations, read the TSPSC notification.
TSPSC: Application Fee
Candidates have to pay Rs. Rs 200 as online application processing fee, while each applicant has to pay Rs 120 as examination fee. The Commission has exempted all unemployed candidates from payment of examination fee.

The Commission will release the admit card seven days before the examination on the official website.
