Improves sleep:

The best way to get morning sunlight is to go for a morning walk or run. However, not just for exercise, soaking in the morning sunlight also helps us sleep better at night. Sunlight helps to reset the body’s circadian rhythm.

Morning sunlight is the best source of vitamin D. Lack of vitamin D in the body causes sleeplessness and sleep disorders. Staying in the sun for a while in the morning leads to more production of vitamin D – this keeps the sleep pattern right.
