Which we are talking about here has worked with stars like Siddharth Malhotra, Vicky Kaushal, Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan. And her name is that Rashmika Mandana who has made a big identity in a very short time.
She has created history at the box office by becoming the only Indian actress to give blockbuster films of three consecutive rupees. His recent release film Chhava with Vicky Kaushal broke all records and became the eighth Indian film to gross Rs 500 crore at the Hindi box office.
Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film earned more than 516 crores in Hindi and 522 crores in the whole of India, making it Rashmika’s third consecutive blockbuster film which achieved this feat.
Prior to this epic release, Rashmika starred in Pan India Action Film, Pushpa 2: The Rule, which became the third highest grossing film worldwide. Allu Arjun and Rashika Mandana starrer Hindi version of this film earned Rs 830 crore, which set up a new benchmark in the industry
Meanwhile, Rashmika earlier acted with Ranbir Kapoor in the 2003 action film Animal. Sandeep Reddy Wanga’s film earned around Rs 505 crore in Hindi and Rs 556 crore across India, which became the largest A-rated blockbuster in Indian cinema.
Interestingly, Rashmika Mandana has left behind other prominent actresses like Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Shraddha Kapoor, who have entered a club of Rs 500 crore in her career.
Deepika along with Shah Rukh Khan gave two blockbusters, Pathans and Jawans. Whereas, Priyanka Chopra crossed the Rs 500 crore mark globally with Krish 3 and Bajirao Mastani, Shraddha Kapoor’s woman 2 achieved a milestone of Rs 500 last year. But none of them have given 3 consecutive crores of 3 which have been done by Kamal Rashika.
Rashmika has recently appeared with Dhanush and Nagarjuna in Shekhar Kammula’s Kubera. This film is also roaring at the box office, which has collected Rs 98 crore in 5 days. Rashmika is ready for Cocktail 2 next time.
