World Most of the major religions of of this are born in India and Middle East. Middle East i.e. Israel, Saudi Arabia and surrounding areas. The religions which thrive in these regions include Hindu, Buddhist, Jain, Sikh, Jewish, Christian and Islam. Is it just a coincidence that most of the major religions were born in the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East or their roots have strengthened here. In fact, this region became ‘Janak’ of religions because there were intensive spiritual discovery, intellectual disputes and socio-political changes here, which gave rise to new beliefs.
India has been a country with religious diversities for thousands of years. It is the birthplace of four religions, Hindus, Buddhists, Jains and Sikhs. It also imbibed the other two major religions of Islam and Christianity. So what is the reason for the rise of so many religions in India? If the reason for this is discovered, then there is a deep view on the rich tradition of philosophical thinking in India, sages and sages on soul, God and salvation. Hinduism
The word Sanatan means eternal or forever remains, that is, which is neither etc. nor end. Sanatan Dharma is also known as Hinduism or Vedic religion. It is also known as the oldest religion in the world. Many signs of Hinduism are found in India’s about 5000 years old Indus Valley Civilization. This religion is about 12000 years old, while according to some mythological beliefs, Hinduism is 90 thousand years old.
Actually Hindu name is given by foreigners. When the Turks and Iranians came to India in the mid -period, they entered the Indus Valley. Sindhu is a Sanskrit name. He was unable to say Indus due to lack of the word ‘S’ in his language. So he started calling Sindhu a Hindu. In this way, Sindhu’s name became Hindu. He started calling the residents here Hindus and similarly religion also got Hindu name.

Buddhism
Buddhism established by Gautama Buddha (563–483 BCE) spread from India to the whole of Asia. Buddhism developed in the ancient Magadha Empire (present Bihar). Buddhism is based on the teachings of Gautama Buddha. Buddhism is a religion before Christian and Islam. Followers of Buddhism believe that knowledge, or nirvana, meditation, both spiritual and physical can be obtained by hard work and good conduct. Buddhism also spread from India to China and other countries of Asia like Korea, Japan, Thailand, Myanmar (Burma), Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. Followers of Buddhism live in all continents of the world.

Jainism
Jain religion promoted by Mahavir Swami (599–527 BC) is based on non -violence and penance. Jainism is one of the three oldest religions in India. Even today it is an integral part of Indian culture. Jainism teaches that the path of enlightenment is through non -violence and living things (including plants and animals) as much as possible. Like Hindus and Buddhists, Jains believe in rebirth. This cycle of birth, death and rebirth is determined by a person’s karma. Today, most of the followers of Jainism live in India. It is estimated that his number of followers is more than 4 million. The teachings of Jainism have affected many people worldwide.

Sikhism
Sikhism was founded by Guru Nanak Dev Ji in the 15th century. This religion was born in Punjab, North India and present Pakistan. The main scripture of Sikhism is Guru Granth Sahib. Religious places of Sikhs are called Gurudwara. There is a coordination of Hindu and Islamic ideas in Sikhism. There is a belief of a God in Sikhism, which he calls one-akar. Sikhs believe that God is famine and nirankar. The teachings written in his Guru-Sahib for the Sikhs work as a guide. Equality is taught in men and women in Sikhism. Sikhism condemns rituals like fasting, pilgrimage, adherence to superstitions, worship of dead, idol worship.

Judaism
This was the first Abrahamic religion born in Israel. One of the ancient religions of the world, Judaism is completely different from other religions. Jews believe in monotheism. Murthy worship is considered a sin in this religion. About 4000 years old from today, Judaism is currently the kingdom of Israel. The Judaism is believed to be the beginning of Prophet Abraham (Abraham or Ibrahim), which emerged 2000 years before Christ. Abraham’s first son was named Hazrat Isaac Alai and the second name was Hazrat Ismail Alai. The father of both was one, but the mother was different. Hazrat Isaac’s mother’s name was Sarah and Hazrat Ismail’s mother was Hazra.
Abraham’s grandson’s name Hazrat Alai. Was Jacob. Jacob’s other name was Israel. In the name of the same, a combined nation became Israel by combining 12 castes of Jews. A son of Jacob was named Judah (Juda). His descendants are called Jews in the name of Judah. His religion is called Judaism. Hazrat Abraham is considered as his father of Jews, Muslims and Christians. Jews, Christians and Islam from Adam to Abraham and Abraham to Moses are the same Prophet, but after Moses, the Jews are still waiting for their next Prophet to come.

Christianity
Christianity propagated by Jesus Christ has derived from Judaism. Christianity is an abrama religion based on the monotheism of God. This is the largest religion in the world. Followers of Christianity are called Christians or Christians. Christianity began in Palestine in the first century AD. Jesus is considered the son of God. Jesus was predicted to come as the Messiah in the Hebrew Bible. The major texts of Christianity are Bible. Followers of Christianity go to churches or churches for worship. Islam is the second largest religion in the world. Most followers of the religion of Islam live in countries of Southeast Asia and South Asia. Middle East, Africa and Europe also have large communities of Muslims. In Western Europe too, Islam is the second largest religion after Christianity.
