The Fakhruddin Gutta rock present here is about 2.5 billion years old. Khajaguda Rock Formation, which is a prehistoric heritage site, is spread over 180 acres. The tomb of Hazrat Baba Fakhruddin Auliya – the spiritual guru of Ala-ud-Din Bahman Shah (founder of the Bahmani Empire) was buried here.
How to reach to see ‘Khajaguda Lake’
‘Khajaguda Lake’ This place is 20 kms from Secunderabad railway station and 17 kms from Hyderabad railway station. You can also reach ‘Khajaguda Lake’ by bus. Whereas, you will have to get down at Hi-Tech City from the metro and take an auto.
There is no ticket to go here and there are many food items available nearby. You can easily enjoy tasting all these things.
