Tentative schedule of MHT CET 2026 released; PCM and PCB Session 1 Exam in April

The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell of Maharashtra has released the tentative schedule for the MHT CET 2026 exam. This year, a two-session format has been introduced for the engineering and pharmacy entrance exams, which means students will get two chances to appear for the exam, similar to JEE Main. Students ready to appear for the exam can check the schedule on the official website cetcel.mahacet.org.

The schedule has separate dates for PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) groups. For the 2026 cycle, MHT CET will be conducted in two sessions. The tentative dates released by CET Cell are as follows:

PCM Group: April 11 to 19, 2026

PCB Group: April 21 to 26, 2026

PCB Group: May 10 and 11, 2026

PCM Group: May 14 to 17, 2026

The first session allows students to take the exam early in the year, while the second session provides another chance to improve their scores or choose a date that better suits their preparation schedule.

CET Cell has also shared the tentative dates for other professional courses starting from the end of March 2026 for B.Ed, Law, MBA, MCA and various other programs.

MAH-MPEd CET 2026 – 24 March

MAH-MPEd Field Test – 25 March

MAH-MHMCT CET 2026 – 25 March

MAH-B.Ed (General & Special) & B.Ed ELCT CET 2026 – 27th to 30th March

MAH-MCA CET 2026 – 30 March

MAH-LLB (3rd Year) CET 2026 – 1st to 2nd April

MAH-BPEd CET 2026 — April 4

MAH-BPEd Field Test – 5th to 7th April

MAH-BDesign CET 2026 – 5th April

MAH-MBA/MMS CET 2026 – 6th to 8th April

MAH-B.Ed.M.Ed CET 2026 – 9 April

MAH-AAC CET 2026 – 10th to 13th April

MAH-MHT CET (PCM) – 11th to 19th April

MAH-MHT CET (PCB) – 22nd to 30th April

MAH-B.HMCT/BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET 2026 – 28th to 30th April

MH-DPN/PHN CET 2026 – 4th May

MH Nursing CET 2026 – 6th to 7th May

MAH-LLB (5 Years) CET 2026 – 8 May

Not only MHT CET B.Tech courses, the entrance exam for MBA courses also will be conducted twice. The exam for the second session will be held on May 9. Students can attempt one or both, with the better score being used for admission.

It is expected that CET Cell will release the final timetable soon.
