Hollywood actor Sidney Sweeney and talent manager Scooter Braun have confirmed dating rumors after they were spotted kissing during an outing in New York City’s Central Park earlier this week. The actor and the music executive sat together on a rock in the park, where they were photographed sharing a kiss and spending time together.
Sweeney was wearing jeans, brown shoes, and a sherpa-lined brown leather jacket, while Braun wore dark jeans, a white T-shirt, a blue jacket, brown loafers, and a baseball cap.
The two have been spotted together on several occasions in New York in recent times, including a recent visit to a comedy club. In September, People Magazine reported that the pair were “casually” dating.
The magazine quoted a source as saying that Scooter’s friends were happy to see him with Sweeney. The insider was quoted as saying, “He says it’s been a while since he’s seen her tied down in a relationship, and they can tell how much he admires her. He thinks she’s smart, kind, and funny, and she appreciates how he really looks at her like she’s above all the noise.”
Sweeney recently ended her engagement to Jonathan Davino. she was previously associated with anyone except you Co-star Glen Powell. Meanwhile, Scooter was married to Yael Cohen from 2014 until their separation in 2021. Their divorce was finalized in 2022, and they have three children.
The Central Park scene came around the same time that Sweeney discussed her relationship status in an interview with GQ. She said, “I don’t think I’m looking for a man right now. What I’ve learned this year is that I have a really amazing group of girlfriends and I’m strong and independent and I’ll be okay.”
She added, “If love finds me, love finds me. I’m a hopeless romantic, so I hope love finds me, but I’m not the kind of person who wants to go out all the time. And I believe in true love and wanting to be with someone for the rest of my life. So I’m not going to do that…you won’t see me bouncing around at many places.”
