According to Live Law, the Karnataka High Court had earlier allowed the state government to conduct board exams and continue the suspended examinations for classes 5, 8 and 9. They were also allowed to complete the assessment of Class 11 examinations. Notably, the board exams for grades 5, 8 and 9 were stopped midway due to the High Court injunction. As a result, students, parents, teachers and educational institutions all experienced confusion and uncertainty.

Meanwhile, Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEEB) has released the answer keys of Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (SSLC), also known as Class 10, 2024. Karnataka SSLC exam was conducted between March 25 and April 6. Students who appeared for the exam can now get the subject-specific answer keys through the official website kseeb.karnataka.gov.in.
