Shivam Sharma of Nagaula, a small village in Khair tehsil of Aligarh district, has achieved a remarkable achievement. He has brought pride to his family, village and region by becoming a Lieutenant in the Indian Army. Shivam Sharma has successfully completed one year of intensive military training at the Indian Military Academy (IMA) in Dehradun.
He was appointed as Lieutenant after the NDA passing out parade. Sharma’s achievement has brought happiness to his village and relatives, and is an inspiration to many youngsters. The villagers are celebrating by distributing sweets and congratulating each other.
Sharma completed his early education from Military School, Dholpur. After completing 12th class, he passed the National Defense Academy (NDA) entrance examination. He received military training from the NDA and completed a rigorous one-year training at the IMA in Dehradun last year. On completion, he was commissioned during the passing out parade and became a Lieutenant. Sharma had a passion for the Army since childhood and fulfilled his dreams with determination.

His achievement is an example for the youth of the area. Coming from a small village to become a Lieutenant in the Army is not easy, but he has shown that with hard work and passion anything is possible. Youth like Shivam Sharma are the pride of the country and his story inspires every boy and girl who dream big.
