Spend a high-calorie weekend? Fitness coach shared 5 tips to return to track for fast weight loss

During weight loss journey, it is natural to sometimes indulge in a deception food or enjoy a high-calorie weekend. While a single indulgence will not derail your progress, it is important to return to the track immediately by returning to a calorie-gratitude diet and being in line with your power training routine.

Fitness coach Mahtab Agye, who shares tips and hacks related to weight loss on his Instagram profile, shared a post on 25 May. 1. Get nervous or not punish yourself:

One day will not ruin your progress. Think about what this fun is, perhaps it was spending time with loved ones, celebrating, or enjoying delicious food. All this is part of life. Just go ahead and go back to your routine.

2. Go back to your regular calories, no less:

Leave food or do not eat less ways to “heal”. If your daily target is 1,700 calories, go back to it. Cutting too much calories can lead to maximum more and more in the week.

3. Drink water and eat fiber -rich foods:

Eating more than normal can cause blotting or increase in water weight. The next day start with a large glass of water and drink at least 2-3L water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Add high-fiber foods such as spinach, carrot, chilli, berries, apples, pears, oats, quinoa, whole wheat bread. Fiber helps with digestion and reduces inflammation.

4. Transfer your body and stick to your normal routine:

You do not need additional cardio to “burn” additional food. Instead, focus on 8–12K steps and do your regular workouts. 5. Further plan for next time:

If this happens frequently, think about the reason. Was you very strict during the week? Did you leave the meal before an incident? Next time, try to the foods you love during the week, so you don’t feel deprived, and eat a high-protein food before events to avoid eating more.
