Special train will run between Udaipur to Telangana-Secunderabad, see complete schedule here

Udaipur, Udaipur is getting the gift of two special trains. These trains will directly connect Udaipur to Hyderabad in Telangana in the south and Jammu Tawi in the north. Both trains are weekly. Their schedule and stoppages are given in the news below.

In view of the increased passenger load during holidays, a special train is being started between Udaipur and Secunderabad in Telangana from Tuesday. This train will leave from Secunderabad at 11:50 pm on Tuesday, which will reach Udaipur at 5:45 pm on Thursday. This train will leave from Udaipur on the third and fourth Saturday of the month i.e. 20th and 27th April at 4:05 pm, which will reach Secunderabad at 9:45 am on Monday. This train will return from Secunderabad on 23 April.

direct train to the south
At present there is no direct train from Udaipur to Telangana. The only train for South India is Mysore Express. Secunderabad-Udaipur Express will reach Secunderabad via Ujjain, Bhopal, Itarsi of Madhya Pradesh and Hingoli Deccan, Basmat, Purna Junction of Maharashtra.

Special train for Vaishnodevi
Passengers going to Vaishnodevi Dham in Jammu will get the facility of special train from 26th April. Railways is running Garib Rath special train every Friday from 26th April to 28th June between Udaipur and Jammutavi Vaishnodevi. It will have 8 third AC and 3 chaircar coaches. Udaipur City-Jammu Tawi Garib Rath weekly special train will depart from Udaipur City station at 1:45 pm on Friday and reach Jammu Tawi at 3:10 pm the next day on Saturday. It will take 25 hours 25 minutes to reach there. Similarly, in the return direction, Jammu Tawi to Udaipur City special train will run every Thursday from 25th April to 27th June. It will take 26 hours 10 minutes to return. This train will depart from Jammu Tawi at 5:20 am and reach Udaipur City station at 7:30 am the next day.

Stoppages at these stations
The route of Udaipur Vaishnodevi train will be Pathankot Cantt, Jalandhar Cantt, Ludhiana, Dhuri, Jhakal, Hisar, Bhiwani, Rewari, Alwar, Bandikui, Jaipur, Kishangarh, Ajmer, Nasirabad, Vijaynagar, Bhilwara, Mandal, Chanderiya, Mavli and Ranapratap stations. At present there is no direct train from Udaipur to Vaishnodevi. To go to Vaishnodevi, travelers from here have to go to Ajmer or Jaipur.
