In a YouTube video of Isha Foundation, she has mentioned four common food items which can help in keeping blood pressure balanced.

black pepper
According to Sadhguru, black pepper is very vital and when taken regularly, in limited quantities, can help in cleaning the arteries. Research shows that the antioxidants and ACE enzyme inhibiting elements present in black pepper can be helpful in controlling blood pressure.
How to take- Grind black pepper and add it to tea, salad or vegetables. You can also take turmeric by mixing it with milk or curry.

Fruit
Sadhguru says that if 30% fruits are included in the diet, the risk of heart diseases can be reduced. According to research, eating 3–5 servings of fruits daily reduces the risk of blood pressure.
How to take- Eat the fruits raw and fresh, as a salad or as a topping on light sweets.

fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek seeds are considered an excellent “blood cleanser”. They are rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals, helping to balance both blood sugar and blood pressure.
How to take- Soak the grains in water overnight, drink the water in the morning and chew the grains. Sprouted fenugreek can also be added to salad or soup.

Karuppu Kavuni
This is a special type of rice, which was once called “food of kings”. It contains fiber, iron and many antioxidants, which are considered beneficial for heart health.
How to take- Eat it like plain rice with pulses and vegetables or make kheer/pudding.
