An old video of an abandoned luxury car is circulating on the internet. The clip that is now going viral shows a Rolls Royce Phantom VII parked at a hotel in Kolkata. It also shows dust gathered on the car as it is parked in an open area.
The caption of the video shared on Instagram reads, “An abandoned Rolls-Royce Phantom VII lying in a hotel parking lot in Kolkata.”
In the following lines, the caption mentions details about the abandoned car and its owner. It reads, “This particular car was purchased brand new in 2012 by Gautam Kundu, owner of Rose Valley Group of Companies.”
According to Cartoq, Gautam Kundu purchased the vehicle in 2012, making it one of the most expensive cars in his fleet.
The video shows a black Rolls Royce Phantom VII parked in the verandah of a hotel in Kolkata. As the video progresses, a car with a West Bengal number plate can be seen in close proximity.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had named him in its complaint, but the ED has not yet tagged him in its two cases,” said senior public prosecutor Abhijit Bhadra, representing the ED.
