AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants can be tasked with performing more routine inquiries, admissions processes and grading which can help save critical resources. The advantages of such automation are, firstly, it increases efficiency. Secondly, it can avoid human errors and most importantly, it reduces the administrative burden on teachers, leaving more time for student engagement and academic advancement.

AI can identify problems and proactively solve unexpected issues by using huge data (big data) processing capacity. Predictive analytics leads to quicker intervention by instructors as it allows them to provide targeted assistance to learners who are likely to falter or not achieve the desired success. Institutions can identify certain trends seen among students and intervene in the processes accordingly, resulting in increased success rates of students.

AI is not only enriching the learning process of students but is also leaving a tangible mark in the professional development of teachers. AI-powered applications can evaluate teacher performance, provide feedback, and recommend specific learning materials customized for each individual. This continuous feedback loop helps instructors learn new techniques that positively impact contemporary classroom practice, hence, they become well-experienced and effective in teaching.

With the development of technology, the role of AI in education will continue to grow. However, at the same time, concerns about data security and ethical challenges must also be addressed.
