Maharashtra: Senior Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Chhagan Bhujbal has said that he will be included in the cabinet led by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in Maharashtra on 20 Tuesday. This will mark Bhujbal’s return to the ministerial office after a long gap.
“I have been informed that I will be included in the state cabinet. The oath ceremony will take place at 10 am on Tuesday,” Bhujbal was asked by the news agency. PTI On Monday night.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), who is the head of the ruling Mahayuti alliance in Maharashtra, has confirmed development, the agency quoted sources. The veteran politician will be sworn in by Maharashtra Governor CP Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhavan.

But his departure from the cabinet came against the background of his close aide Volume Kard, named Sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh as a prominent accused in the murder case.

Known for dissatisfaction
Bhujbal who belongs to the Mali community is known for dissatisfaction. In 2023, Bhujbal’s statements during the Maratha movement for reservation did not go down well with the Mahayati government under the leadership of Eknath Shinde.
