Telugu actor Ram Charan turned 40 on 27 March. Their fitness and diet secrets are quite impressive. To achieve his chiselled body, the actor follows a rigorous workout routine and a strict diet plan. He revealed that he does everything from jumping jack and seated machine press to military pushups and barbell stiff-foot dead lifts, and only eats cooked food at home.
‘I only eat homemade healthy food’
The actor said, “This is my constant effort to maintain a balanced lifestyle. I do regular practice and prioritize a healthy diet. I also like to play some games every day. I follow an active lifestyle and at least four times a week try to do some kind of strong physical activity. I always work to work at home.
To share the importance of diet in maintaining a fit body, he said, “Your fitness depends on 80 percent on your diet, as you are eating! A healthy diet is very important for an FT body. Therefore, I take great care of my diet regime and avoid some unhealthy foods and of course, I do not eat every Sunday.
Ram Charan’s diet secret
Ram’s diet plan, which helped to create fitness coach Rakesh Udiar, ensures that actor avoids caffeine, alcohol, sugars drinks, red meat, wheat and even protein shake.
The actor starts his day with egg white and full eggs -with oats and almond milk. This is followed by a mid-day snack of vegetable soup, after which it has chicken breast, brown rice and green vegetable curry for lunch. For the evening snacks, actor Grilled fish, sweet potato and grilled vegetables; And at 6 pm, dinner includes a ‘big mixed green salad’ and some avocados.

Friday: Back Exercise
Saturday: Hamstring and Inner thigh abs
