The Dr. Pritam Singh Memorial Foundation-For International Management Conference (PRISM-FIMC 2025) was recently held in New Delhi, bringing together leaders from industry, academia, public policy and diplomacy. The conference included keynote lectures, panel discussions, book launches and academic presentations, aimed at examining how leadership and organizations are responding to rapid global changes.

In the inaugural address, Professor Subir Verma, Director, FORE School of Management, talked about the importance of leadership that can handle uncertainty and technological disruption. He said meaningful discussions across sectors are essential as organizations face social, economic and geopolitical challenges.
Keynote speaker Krishnan Ramachandran, MD & CEO, Niva Bupa, discussed leadership in a digital and rapidly changing environment. He pointed to the need for clarity of purpose, strong teams and consistent implementation. Another keynote address delivered by Dr TG Seetharam, Chairman, AICTE, highlighted the responsibilities of higher education in preparing students for a world made up of technology, geopolitics and environmental constraints. He emphasized that future leaders must be ethical, adaptable, and able to collaborate across disciplines.
Across multiple panels, speakers from EY, Indian Oil, MakeMyTrip, HSBC, GAIL, KPMG India, Axis Bank and other organizations examined how leadership models are evolving, how workplaces can remain people-centric during disruption and how global geopolitical shifts impact business decisions. A global perspective came from Dr. Andreas Emser of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, who spoke on the growing expectation of responsible leadership. Former diplomats including Dr Dilip Sinha and Arun Singh discussed how foreign policy influences economic and organizational choices.
The conference also saw the release of several books, educational sessions and discussions on technology-based productivity, sustainability, financial leadership and business model innovation. Awards were presented for research papers, leadership contributions, and student-led innovation and leadership competitions.
Through its dialogues and exchanges, PRISM-FIMC 2025 explored how institutions and leaders can respond to rapid disruption while balancing ethics, strategy and long-term sustainability. The conference emphasized the need for deeper collaboration between academia and industry as organizations move forward in the changing global environment.
