One Piece Chapter 1123 spoilers also revealed Dr. Vegapunk’s plans against York.
The official spoilers of One Piece Chapter 1123 put fans’ fears to rest about what will happen next. The spoilers of the popular manga were released on August 13, 2024, and confirmed the next part of the manga. The next chapter is reportedly titled The 2nd Empty Week. The cover story featured Yamato’s pilgrimage through Wano as he eats food with the same children who threw stones at him.

One Piece Chapter 1123 begins…
According to the spoilers, the chapter begins in the present on Egghead Island, where all the marines, including the Vice Admiral, are unconscious. The focus then shifts to Dori and Brogi, who believe that the Conqueror’s Haki may seem stronger to them than Shanks’s Haki. Spoilers reveal that both the Giant Warrior Pirates and the Thousand Sunny head to Elbaf Island, while Sanji continues to look over Dr. Vegapunk’s corpse.
It then flashes back to an incident two weeks ago when Shaka noticed changes in the lab’s data. Shaka relays this information to Pythagoras and the two realize that there was a Vegapunk who betrayed them. While they were suspicious of Lilith, it turns out it was York. Vegapunk regrets using the spirit of greed as a base during his construction. However, with news of the Lulucia Kingdom’s situation a week later, they realize the ship has already sailed long ago and they prepare for a counter-attack.
Vegapunk modified a giant robot to hide the Den Den Mushi and recorded their broadcast. Vegapunk then erased the past two weeks from his memories to hide the plan from York and later found a message from himself that read, “Believe in yourself and die.”

Elbaf confirmed as the next official arc
The next chapter ends on a celebratory note as the giant pirates, Usopp, and Luffy are excited to head to Elbaf. Hence, this confirmed that the next arc of the manga will be the Elbaf arc. The last sentence of the chapter relates to something Vegapunk said to Sanji on Egghead Island, which roughly translates to that he wanted Luffy and his crew to be the ones to secure the titular treasure.
