Health teacher and nutritionist Bipasa fall, share five simple and healthy foods that can help strengthen your immune system.

Spinach soup

Spinach is very nutritious. It is high in vitamin C, beta-carotene, iron and antioxidants. These nutrients help the body fight infection and maintain its health.

Recipe idea

Material: 1 cup spinach leaves, garlic, onion, whole wheat flour, hot milk, salt and pepper.

Instruction:

1. Wash and boil spinach leaves up to soft.

2. Blend the ripe spinach in a smooth puree.

3. In a separate vessel, the step cut garlic and onion until it became golden.

4. Add a little full wheat flour to make light dry, then add it to warm milk.

5. Stir in spinach puree, weather with salt and pepper, and let it boil for a few minutes.

6. Hot service.

Chhodi Salad

Chole, also known as Kabuli gram, is beneficial for your health due to their high protein, zinc and fiber content. Protein helps in producing white blood cells, which protects your body from infections.

Material: 1 cup moong dal, ginger, green chillies, salt and oil.

Instruction:

1. Soak moong dal for a few hours, then drain.

2. Blend the lentils with ginger, green chillies, and a pinch of salt.

3. Heat a non-stick pan and lubricate lightly with oil.

4. Put a batsman’s ladder on the pan, spread it in a circle.

5. Cook until both sides are crisp and golden.

Beet rice
