After receiving six 2025 Grammy nominations on Friday, November 08, Taylor Swift stepped out for dinner in New York City’s Meatpacking District with her friends Zoe Kravitz and comedian Jerrod Carmichael. The trio were seen leaving the Chez Margaux restaurant, where Taylor wowed fashion lovers with her Vivienne Westwood Sunday striped corset dress in blue, yellow and red.

Not everyone is a fan of Taylor’s latest look. Sunday’s outfit, or as it’s called the style, didn’t sit well with some fans, who flooded the comments section with comments like, “Taylor is so pretty but she really needs a stylist (sic)” and “Get your stylist. “Her blind loyalty is amazing (sic),” another trolled, adding, “What in God’s name is that outfit.” ” Another said, “That’s what you get for Arabs? (sic)”

Taylor was seen exiting a car wearing a revived Vivienne Westwood silhouette from the designer’s Spring-Summer 1997 collection. It has been worn by the pop singer in more subtle colors before. But on a recent outing to a dinner spot in Manhattan, Taylor wore the dress with a simple, striped skirt that became bold and colorful when it reached the corset-inspired bodice.
The unexpected color combination on the bodice resembled an art canvas, with yellow and red mixed together to create a pop of orange on top of the blue fabric of the skirt. Taylor completed her outfit with a pair of Aquazzurra Twist 95 sandals in a burgundy velvet shade.
She completed her street-style look with a small Vivienne Westwood granny frame purse, which came in black leather, a vintage statement gold necklace with a large coin as the centerpiece, and a matching bracelet. Pulling her hair back with loose locks framing her face, Taylor upped the glam quotient with her signature red lipstick, muted red eyeshadow and black winged eyeliner.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift has been wearing bright and colorful clothes all over North America for the past few weeks since The Eras Tour, where she has been known to keep fans guessing what color clothes she will wear.
