Bihar Police’s Economic Offenses Unit Patna has warned the people and candidates to the candidates by cyber fraudsters against rumors and fraud and parents lured them to provide further answers from NEET-UG to be held on May 4 across the country.
The EOU issued an advisor on Friday, saying, “The public is advised not to suffer wrong information and fraud calls by cyber fraud, so that they should be given the North Sheet/Question Paper in the upcoming National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, 4. May the Undergraduate -2025 Examination on May 4.”
“There is a possibility that anti -social elements or cyber fraudsters may try to break the integrity of the exam through rumors on social media platforms,” said this.
The advisor also said that people should immediately inform the police about such misinformation.
“We advise people to avoid hunting of such fraudulent practices. People found guilty of engaging in such activities will have to face serious consequences including legal action. A criminal action will be initiated against people involved in such activities.”
The statement also said that if people receive any suspicious proposal or request from any person/agency, the matter should be immediately brought to the notice of EOU.
The EOU arrested the alleged mastermind of the NEET UG -2024 paper leak case last month, Sanjeev Kumar Singh alias Sanjeev Mukhiya and was also wanted in many other cases from the state capital.
He wanted his participation in the Bihar Public Service Commission Teacher Recruitment Examination paper leak case held in March 2024.

According to Officials, Mukhiya’s Gang is Spread Across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.
