NASA released this composite image of the Sun captured by three telescopes. The new infrared image of the Orion Nebula, created using previously released data from three telescopes, shows only dust and no stars. The image shows, “two giant caverns formed by undiscovered giant stars that may emit a million times more light than our Sun.” As can be seen in the picture, a pair of cavities have been formed there due to the breakdown of dust particles due to radiation. “The blue light indicates hot dust stirred up by undiscovered giant stars,” the image’s description says. Meanwhile, the green color is from slightly cooler dust.
Behind this dusty face of the Eagle Nebula is NASA’s Wide Field Survey Explorer (WISE). This image uses infrared light to capture a star formation region that is about 5,700 light-years away from Earth. In the image the entire structure of the nebula can be seen around the “Pillar of Creation” which appears in pale yellow-green color inside the white circle.
NASA’s Andromeda galaxy image, called M31, using data from the ESA (European Space Agency) Herschel mission, ESA’s retired Planck Observatory and two retired NASA missions including the Infrared Astronomical Satellite (IRAS) and the Cosmic Background Explorer (COBE) Has been prepared. , The spectacular image shows the structures of dust clouds in the galaxy in high resolution. NASA’s Spitzer Space Telescope captured this breathtaking color image of the Godzilla Nebula using infrared light, showing a cloud of gas and dust in space that is about 7,800 light-years away from Earth. The outline of Godzilla is clearly visible in the image and the bright area in the lower left is known as W33. “Dust and organic molecules called hydrocarbons appear green; And hot dust that has been heated by stars or supernovae (exploding stars) appears red,” according to NASA.
