New Delhi: Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri has shared some things about her first film ‘Rockstar’. On the occasion of International Dance Day on Monday, the actress said that the song she danced for the first time on screen was the song ‘Hawa Hawa’ from her debut film ‘Rockstar’. The actress has impressed the audience with her dance in songs like ‘Yaar Na Mile’, ‘Galat Baat Hai’ and ‘Oye Oye’.
Nargis said, ‘I remember the first time I danced on screen in the song ‘Hawa Hawa’ from ‘Rockstar’ and it was incredibly special.’ Recalling the nervousness she felt on the set, Nargis said, ‘I was very nervous on the set, but once the music started playing, I could not stop my feet from tapping. This was a big deal and very exciting too! I hoped that I would be able to do it again and again on screen.
The actress said that she strongly believes that dance is one of the best forms of expression on screen. She said, ‘For me, it is also a form of meditation, because when I am dancing, I forget my stress. Not just dancing, I also enjoy watching some great choreography.
