‘Gossip Girl’ Star Mitchell Trechanberg died of complications with diabetes mellitus, TMZ cited the office of New York City Medical Examiner. It comes weeks after the 39 -year -old New York City apartment is found dead. Soon after his sudden death, a source in NBC News said that the actor had received a liver transplant.
However, the results of the laboratory did not reveal whether Trachenberg had type 1 or type 2 diabetes. The actor was found dead by his mother in a building in Manhattan, New York City in February.
