MHT CET 2024: State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will start the MAH-MHT CET 2024 examination from January 16.
The last date to apply for the exam is March 1, 2024. Candidates who want to apply for PCB and PCM courses can apply through the official website of MAHACET, mahacet.org.

The examination for PCB group exam will start on 16th April and end on 23rd April. Additionally, the PCM group exam will begin on April 25 and end on April 30, 2024. CET exam for these courses will be conducted at various exam centres. Across and outside the state of Maharashtra.

Here is how to apply online for MAH-MHT CET 2024, candidates should follow the steps given below.
- Visit the official website of MAHACET, mahacet.org.
- Click on MHT CET 2024 Registration link on the home page.
- Candidates will have to register themselves in the new page that will open.
- After completion of the registration process, candidates need to log in to their account.
- After logging in, fill the application form.
- Complete the payment process by paying the application fee and click on submit.
- Download the acknowledgment slip and keep a hard copy of it for future reference.

As per the revised syllabus, questions of MAH-MHT CET 2024 exam will be based on the syllabus of Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training. While setting questions, the officials gave 20% weightage to Class 11 syllabus and 80% weightage to Class 12 syllabus.

The difficulty level for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry is expected to be at par with JEE (Main), but the difficulty level for Biology will be at par with NEET. However, there will be no negative marking. There will be application based questions in the exam. B.Ed. CET registration for General, B.Ed Special, B.Ed ELCT and BPEd started from January 10. Registration for B.Ed.- M.Ed (Integrated Course), MPEd and M.Ed started from January 9. As per the new rules, the fee structure of CET registration for transgender and orphan candidates will be the same as that of the reserved category.
