Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon held its convocation ceremony for the graduating class of 2024. The ceremony was held on 23 March 2024. The convocation ceremony of MDI Gurgaon was attended by SN Subramanian, Chairman and Managing Director, Larsen & Toubro Limited.
Subramanian addressed the function as the chief guest. An official statement from the organization noted, “His enlightening address was appreciated by the audience, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of all present.”
The convocation began with the arrival of SN Subramaniam, followed by lunch and a meeting with the MDI Gurgaon leadership. The group photograph session continued in the afternoon, capturing joyful moments of togetherness.
The formal proceedings began with the convocation procession entering the hall, accompanied by an invocation symbolizing the solemnity of the occasion. The Chairman of the Board of Governors (BOG), MDI Gurgaon, officially declared the convocation open by invoking the blessings of Saraswati, the goddess of education, the official statement said.
Pro Arvind Sahay, Director, MDI Gurgaon, shared the report on the institute’s achievements and its vision for the future.
“The Convocation 2024 of MDI Gurgaon was a moment of pride and achievement for our institute. As we say goodbye to our graduating class, we reflect on their growth, learning, and journey. Their achievements serve as a testament to the unwavering dedication of our faculty, the support of our staff and the nurturing environment we provide at MDI Gurgaon”, said Professor Sahay.

Subramanian presented the medals to recognize exceptional academic performance while inspiring students to achieve excellence.
But MDI GurgaonA total of 646 students from various postgraduate programs received their diplomas at the Convocation Ceremony 2024.
Among them, 19 outstanding students were awarded medals for their exemplary performance and dedication to excellence.
Hearty thanks were extended to all the participants and a memento was presented to the Chief Guest as a token of appreciation for his invaluable contribution to the programme.
