Sangeeta, a resident of Darbhanga, is selling bags, handkerchiefs, sarees along with many other things made from Madhubani paintings in the industry fair organized in Muzaffarpur. She is also explaining to people about Madhubani painting. People are also liking it very much and are purchasing it extensively. Sangeeta herself makes this painting and also gives training to those learning Madhubani painting. They also have training centers in districts like Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Samastipur.

Promoting employment through painting
Sangeeta tells that she makes paintings on three patterns. In this, the first cultural pattern is there, in which along with making the painting of God, we also create another dimension of historical and social importance. Secondly, we also show whatever is happening around us through Madhubani painting. The third is nature, like trees, plants, animals and birds. Taking all these as the basis, we make Madhubani paintings. Sangeeta says that we are also getting employment through painting. She gives online and offline training to people in making paintings, so that more and more people can get employment.
