The prices of Maruti Suzuki Wagner increased by ₹ 15,000 for select variants, while others increased by ₹ 10,000.
Maruti Suzuki Wagner has received a price increase 15,000. Price hike is applied to variants such as VXI 1.0 AGS, ZXI 1.2 AGS, ZXI+ 1.2 AGS, and ZXI+ AGS dual-tone variants. All other variants have experienced constant price increase 10,000. As a result of this adjustment, Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Hatchback is the price between now 5.64 lakhs and 7.47 lakhs. Both prices are east-showrooms.
Maruti Suzuki sells wagon through the Arena retail network. It is the same network that also sells Dzire, Swift, Alto K10, Celerio, S-Presso, EECO, Ertiga and Brezza.

Maruti Suzuki Wagon is introduced in four variants – LXI, VXI, ZXI and ZXI Plus.

What are the engine options of Maruti Suzuki Wagner?
The Maruti Suzuki Wagner is introduced with two naturally aspirated petrol engine options -1.0-liter and 1.2-liter unit. The 1.0-liter unit produces 67 bhp and 89 Nm while the 1.2-liter unit produces 89 bhp and 113 Nm. Both engines are placed for a 5-speed manual gearbox or 5-speed AMT. A CNG option is also available with a 1.0-liter engine. While walking on CNG, power and torque output falls to 56 bhp and 82 Nm. It is introduced only with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

What is the fuel efficiency of Maruti Suzuki Wagner?
The 1.0-liter engine distributes 24.35 kmpl with manual transmission and 25.19 kmpl with AMT transmission. While walking on CNG, Maruti claims that Wagner saves 33.48 km/kg. Then there is a 1.2-liter engine that has a fuel efficiency claimed for manual transmission of 23.56 kmpl and 24.43 kmpl for AMT gearbox.
Maruti Suzuki models receive a price increase
Maruti Suzuki has recently implemented the price hike for various passenger vehicles available through its arena and Nexa retail networks. Adjustments in pricing for these models can reach as high as 32,500, based on specific models and versions. Models such as Celerio, Dazire, Brezza and Baleno received a price increase.
