India New Car Assessment Program or BNCAP has started a crash test to automobiles sold in India for about one and a half years from December 2023, when it first emerged with models such as Tata Safari and Tata Harrier. In the last 17 months, India NCAP has tested several models in diverse sizes and body types. Even in 2025, India NCAP tested several new passenger cars from the border of the coupe SUV to the sub-compact SUV.
Here in 2025, a brief observation of the new passenger cars crashed by India NCAP has been done so far.

Mahindra Xev 9e
Mahindra Xev 9E was one of the first accident tests conducted by BNCAP in 2025. The electric well SUV received five stars in each for adults and hair living. The electric vehicle scored 32 out of the potential 32 points in adult protection, which by that time the safest India NCAP testing car was tested. Under the category of hair living protection, it had 45 out of 49 points.
It is loaded with security features such as six airbags as a standard, electronic parking brakes with auto hold, 360-degree camera, auto park assistance, three-point seatbelt and isoffix child seat mount for all residents. There is also a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and a level -2 adas with further collision warning and autonomous emergency braking. Mahindra is between XEV 9E price 21.90 lakhs and 30.50 Lakh (East-Shorroom).
Ho mahindra 6
Mahindra B6 is another electric SUV by domestic auto beamoth which was tested by India NCAP in Tandam with XEV 9E. Similar to XEV 9E, Mahindra 6, also received a five -star security rating. BE6 scored 31.97 out of 32 points in the AOP segment, while in COP it scored 45 out of 49.

Although in COP, BE6 has similar digits as XEV 9E, it lost small points in AOP. It has safety facilities similar to large XEV 9E. This eV is different from the price 18.90 lakhs 26.90 Lakh (East-Dhoreroom).
Skoda Kailak
Skoda Kylaq is a recently launched SUV in India. It was tested by the Crash by BNCAP in January 2025. It achieved a five -star rating in the India NCAP crash test. The sub-four meter SUV recorded 30.88 out of 32 points in the AOP category, and in COP, it recorded 45 out of 49.
Skoda Kailak, which facilitates some hard competition in the Indian market and facilitates six airbags in the form of standard fitment, electronic stability control (ESC), traction control, rear parking camera with sensors and rear parking camera and tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). Currently, it is the cheapest Skoda SUV available in India and from the range 7.89 lakhs 14.40 Lakh (East-Shoreroom).
Kia Siros
Kia Siros was also one of the sub-four-meter SUVs tested by India NCAP this year. Kia Siros scored 30.21 out of 32 in the AOP category, while in the COP category, it scored 44.42 out of 49.
Kia Siros is equipped with six airbags such as standard, electronic stability control (ESC), front, side and rear parking sensor, a 360-degree camera and an electronic parking brake. It also receives the ISOFIX child seat enclosure and a level -2 Adas suit. It is available in the range of 9 lakhs 17.80 Lakh (East-Shoreroom).
