The Election Commission of India on Saturday announced the voting date and results for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. The 2024 Lok Sabha elections will be held in seven phases. As soon as the voting dates were announced for all the states and union territories. Here’s when Lok Sabha elections will be held for seven seats in Delhi and 48 seats in Maharashtra, including Mumbai.

Delhi
Voting for all seven Delhi constituencies will be held on the same day on May 25. The results will be declared along with all by-elections, assembly elections and parliamentary elections on June 4, 2024.

Mumbai
Elections in Mumbai will be held in two phases – Phase 4 and Phase 5. Voting across Maharashtra will be held in five phases.

There are total 1.47 crore voters in Delhi. Of these, 67.5 lakh are women and 80.09 lakh are men. Meanwhile, according to Election Commission data, Maharashtra has a total of 9.14 crore votes, of which over 4.38 crore are women and over 4.75 crore are men.
The tenure of the current Lok Sabha will end on 16 June 2024.
