The third day of the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week organized by the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) turned out to be quite a glamorous day as Bollywood divas including Kriti Sanon and Shanaya Kapoor walked the ramp as showstoppers. Ever since fashion weeks have started, we are eager to see what designs and styles will set the fashion trends for the coming season. And we have to say, we were not disappointed. Kriti Sanon turns showstopper for Skechers
Kriti Sanon walked the ramp for the popular brand Skechers and is also the ambassador of the brand. The actress walked the ramp in blue sneakers and made quite a fashion statement. Her look is all about retro chic as it combines style and charm perfectly. Her dress has a round neckline in neon green, which also adorns the sleeves. Vibrant shades of blue and orange bring a pop of color, while attractive side pockets add a trendy touch. The bodycon fit hugged her body perfectly and accentuated her curves.
With a lightweight silhouette and the perfect mix of colour, her outfit is a total hit and perfect for sportswear or casual dressing. To make her outfit shine, she kept her accessories minimal, just adding a pair of gold hoop earrings and a trendy pair of blue Skechers to style her look. She completed her showstopper look with nude eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, mascaraed lashes, dark brows, rosy cheeks, glitter highlighter, nude lipstick and sleek hair pulled back into a bun.
Shanaya Kapoor sparkles on the ramp in a stunning shirt dress
At the same time, Shanaya Kapoor dazzled the ramp by becoming a showstopper for famous fashion designer Anamika Khanna. Their luxurious collections have always been rooted in the vibrant culture of India, using weaves and motifs that celebrate a nature-worshipping way of life. At Lakme Fashion Week, she takes this signature approach a step further by imagining Bonda colours, motifs and embroideries in an ensemble for a night on the town. Shanaya’s glamorous look included a white shirt dress adorned with bold black and yellow patterns. The full sleeves and uneven hem added a touch of sophistication.
Her accessories, which included a layered gold chain necklace, statement bracelets on her wrists and trendy black boots completed her entire look. Her glam makeup look included nude eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, mascaraed lashes, dark eyebrows, rosy cheeks, glitter highlighter and a shade of nude lipstick. Her luscious tresses were styled into soft curls and left open at the centre, falling beautifully down her shoulders to complete her edgy look.
