JEE Mains 2025 Session 1: Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 officially started today i.e. January 22. As the first session of Shift 1 ended, many candidates shared their experiences and views on the difficulty of the exam. In the first shift, candidates took the Engineering (BE/B.Tech, Paper 1) examination.

JEE Main 2025 Session 1: Shift 1 Students’ reactions to the difficulty level of the exam
A Candidate from Patliputra, PatnaAbhinav Raj said that difficulty-wise, the paper was moderate, although he found Chemistry particularly difficult.
“My paper went well. It was a moderate paper. Chemistry was a little difficult, but mathematics and physics were of moderate difficulty level,” Raj quoted Hindustan Times,
Mansi, a candidate from Panchkula, Haryana, found the mathematics section of the JEE Main 2025 exam ‘challenging and lengthy’, while “the physics and chemistry sections were easy,” she said. Hindustan Times Report.
Another candidate named Sakshi from Panchkula described the mathematics section as difficult. He said, “The weightage of Calculus was good, Physics was moderate and Chemistry was easy. Organic Chemistry was not as difficult as Inorganic Chemistry.” Hindustan Times,
JEE Main Session 1 Shift 1 exam rescheduled in Bengaluru
NTA also issued notification Informing that the examination of JEE Main Session 1 Shift 1 for 114 candidates in Bengaluru has been rescheduled due to technical glitch. NTA also gave a new date for the same exam.
As As per notification“Due to unavoidable reason of technical glitch during the conduct of JEE (Main) at the Examination Center Talent, (TC Code- 40086), No. 3, Belmar Estate, Nagasandra Main Road, Amaravati Layout, Nagara Bavi, Nalagadderanahalli, Peenya Bengaluru, Karnataka )-2025 Session-I (Shift-I) Examination on 22 January 2025, Examination of 114 affected candidates Has been rescheduled and will be held on 28/29 January 2025. These candidates will be issued fresh admit cards along with other candidates appearing on the dates mentioned above.
