The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) said the safe return of NASA astronaut Sunita William “a notable achievement”. The Indian Space Agency on Wednesday praised the return of the astronaut and said, “We want to use your expertise in space exploration.”
Sunita Williams returned to Earth on 19 March after spending 286 days (nine months) in space. “Welcome, Sunita Williams! 🌍,” ISRO said in a post on X.
The Indian Space Agency said, “Your safe return after an extended mission in the ISS is a notable achievement. One will for commitment to Space Exploration of NASA, SpaceX and USA!
“Your flexibility and dedication continue to inspire space enthusiasts worldwide. Secretary DOS and Chairman ISRO [Dr V. Narayanan]On behalf of my colleagues, I greet you hot and wish you a great day, ”ISRO said.
The space agency posted on X, the space agency said, “When India is working towards making India as a developed country under the leadership of Honorable PM Modi, we want to use your expertise in space exploration.”
The plight of Sunita Wilmore and Buch Williams attracted the attention of the world, turning the phrase “stuck” and “Butch and Suni” into domestic names. Actor R Madhavan took his heartfelt enthusiasm on Instagram to share his heartfelt enthusiast as astronaut Sunita Williams safely returned to Earth after an acute space mission.
Taking on his Instagram handle, Madhavan expressed his happiness, wrote, “Our dear dear Sunita Williams welcome to Earth. Our prayers are answered … It is very amazing to see you safe and smiling.”

The White House celebrated the safe return of NASA’s crew -9 astronauts, which highlights the importance of President Donald Trump’s commitment to ensure their safe return.
In a statement, the White House praised Trump’s efforts, saying, “Promised, promised: President Trump promised to save astronauts trapped in space for nine months. Today, they fell down safely into the Gulf of America, thanks to Alone Musk, SpaceX and NASA!”
