Dr. Nene told that these options used in breakfast should be avoided – white bread, sweet cereals, fruit juice, processed meat, sweet yogurt. Dr. Nene has asked to avoid these options used in breakfast.

white bread:
White bread is processed from low-quality carbs, which can cause a sharp rise in blood sugar. Eating too much white bread can lead to obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.
Sugary cereals:
Sweet cereals are simple carbohydrate foods that can increase hunger and high blood lipid levels. This can further accelerate the development of type 2 diabetes and heart diseases.

Fruit Juice:
Drinking fruit juice often destroys the essential nutrients present in them. Drinking juice also releases free sugar, which is advisable to avoid. Drinking fruit juice can lead to obesity and weight gain.

Eating processed meat for breakfast can increase the risk of stomach and colorectal cancer. High blood pressure and diabetes are also some of the side effects of eating processed meat.
