Content that requires an additional purchase is marked with a yellow shopping bag icon on the home page. So the next time you see a yellow shopping bag sign on a movie poster on the Prime Video platform, know it’s for rent.

Where are rented movies saved?
Purchasing a title adds it to My Stuff and will usually be available for you to download or stream, but it may sometimes be unavailable due to licensing restrictions or other limitations. Renting a title adds it here for a limited time.
If you take movies on rent, for how many days can you watch them?
Rented movies remain in your video library for 30 days from the date of rental. However, once you play it, you have at least 48 hours to watch it. Note that some titles may have a longer viewing period.
